Frederike Rohr: A global citizen and visionary leader. Over the past decade, she has been successfully leading and managing teams in multinational and large corporations. Frederike started her professional career in Social Entrepreneurship in Johannesburg at the African Leadership Institute by Desmond Tutu, followed by Venture Building at Rocket Internet in Berlin. She is passionate about starting companies, building and growing teams, scaling businesses and creating a healthy work environment in dynamic companies.
She has extensive experience in business and strategy consulting, having worked with various international corporations around the world supporting and leading projects in digital transformation, venture capital, people advisory services, healthcare and leadership development. She has ramped up the Munich office of Plug and Play, the most active early- stage VC and biggest innovation platform globally. She founded and ran their global digital healthcare platform Startup Creasphere with locations in Singapore, Silicon Valley and Munich, in partnership with industry leaders such as Roche Diagnostics.
Furthermore, Frederike was responsible for all Munich operations overseeing the Retail, Insurance and Health industries. As the Co - Founder of the Female Angel Club (FAC), she passionately invests in and supports female-founded companies, and helps them to achieve sustainable business growth. She has also been appointed Advisory board of the Merck Finck Bank focussing on all topics related to Women and Money.
Her academic background is in International Business and Management focusing on Entrepreneurship and HR. She holds a Bachelor Degree from EBS London and a Master Degree from IE Business School, Madrid.
As an INSEAD certified executive coach she supports her clients in strengthening their leadership skills and with their personal growth. She likes to get things done, roll up her sleeves and think big with ambitious goals. Frederike leads her teams fully hearted, with care, clear communication and a lot of energy. Building on these skills, she expanded her expertise with an INSEAD certification in group dynamics.
Frederike believes that we can learn from every human interaction and are here to move closer to our authentic selves. She loves her friends, to travel, explore new cultures and sports like Golf, Tennis, Yoga and is also trying to become better at meditating.
