I’ve built the things I now help others build.

My path into coaching and advisory wasn’t linear - it was the natural consequence of a career spent building.

I started in social entrepreneurship at the African Leadership Institute in Johannesburg, an organization founded by Desmond Tutu. From there, I moved into venture building at Rocket Internet in Berlin, where I learned what it means to launch and scale companies at pace. Followed by business and strategy consulting, having worked with various international corporations around the world, supporting and leading projects in digital transformation, venture capital, people advisory services, healthcare, and leadership development. That led me to Plug and Play, where I built and ran the Munich office - overseeing operations across the retail, insurance, and health verticals for the world’s most active early-stage venture capital platform.

While at Plug and Play, I founded Startup Creasphere, a global digital healthcare innovation platform with locations in Singapore, Silicon Valley, and Munich, in partnership with Roche Diagnostics and other industry leaders. I know what it means to build something from an idea on a whiteboard to a functioning international operation.

Along the way, I worked in strategy consulting and corporate transformation with organisations including Microsoft, Novo Nordisk, Lufthansa, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. I’ve led digital transformation projects, built organizational structures from scratch, and supported leaders through the messy, human reality of change.

Today, I bring all of that experience to my work with clients. When I coach a founder through a scaling challenge, I’m not drawing from theory - I’m drawing from having done it myself. When I advise a family office on venture strategy, it’s informed by years spent inside the ecosystem they’re entering.

Beyond my client work, I’m actively involved in the investment and leadership ecosystem:

Co-Founder of the Female Angel Club, where I invest in and support female-founded companies and am an Advisory Board Member at Merck Finck Bank, focused on women and wealth.

Ways of working

I believe we learn something from every human interaction - and that the work of becoming a better leader is inseparable from the work of understanding yourself more honestly. I also believe that ambition and warmth aren’t opposites. The best leaders I know have both.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me on a golf course or a tennis court, travelling somewhere I haven’t been, or trying - with varying success - to build a consistent meditation practice.
